Concrete grade is based on the structural drawings.
  • Earthwork excavation of subsoil and other soil up to 6’0” for isolated footing (as described by a licensed structural consultant), depth from natural ground level and cleaning required width away from the site, etc. complete. Apart from isolated footing, if any other foundation is recommended by the soil test report, the difference in cost will be charged accordingly (depending on site conditions).
  • Consolidated soil for foundation and basement in required thickness to be confirmed with manual earth ramming consolidation; basement from road level including plinth beam will be filled with natural earth soil (levelling by M-sand). All fillings shall be watered and well compacted. Rs.5,500/load.
  • Plain cement concrete for foundation with 40mm gauge HBG (blue metal) in mix 1:4:8 and for basement and other above-ground level in mix with CM 1:4 using 40mm HBG jelly (1:5:10), etc. complete.
