3. Structural Design: Based on the Soil test report, the Building structural design will be designed by Highly Qualified Professional Structural Engineering Consultants hired by Builder.
4. Soil Testing: To analyze the Soil Bearing capacity (SBC) of the Plot and to design the build ing as per IS Standards, Soil will be bored at desired points and SBC will be conducted by Soil Penetration Test (SPT) method and a detailed report will be submitted to Structural consultant
5. while the progress of construction work at site CCTV provision will be provided to witness the site proceedings.
6. Pre and post – construction termite control is being done
